The Asatru Folk Assembly is saddened by the passing of Nyx Olavi Hostvet Levang of Hartville Ohio. Nyx departed Midgard on April 28, 2024, at the age of 31. She leaves behind her father Arnold, and her fiancé Joseph Drotos. She is predeceased by her mother Lisa (2023) and her brother Leif (2021). Nyx had a fiery passion for her Folk. She often gave of herself without hesitation to assist our folk in need, even those she didn’t know. Ms. Levang grew up in Anchorage Alaska, earned her Bachelor’s in Health Science and worked as a model.
